If you place an order for a 3D printed key, it will take 1-3 weeks for 3D printed keys. These keys take longer to ship as they are all custom printed and require individualized design work. Note this only applies to 3D printed keys, not regular keys.
What if I don't want to ship a key to my home address?
We take every effort to protect your key during the shipping process. We ship all keys in plain, discrete, generic envelopes and do not list our name or branding to ensure that nothing about the contents could be discerned from the packaging. For additional security, you can have your key shipped to your office, PO Box, or a trusted neighbor.
Is it secure?
MiKiz is the most convenient and secure way to duplicate keys. Like an ATM, all transactions are recorded to provide an added layer of security. Our mobile app requires keys to be scanned on both sides on a white paper background from 4" away to prevent "flyby" scans of your keys. We provide real-time notifications any time new activity occurs on your account so you can monitor and manage the security of your keys. When ordering keys, we store only the necessary personal information on file and keep no information which could be used to link your key with a location or lock.
